Charter For Tacos

Preamble


This game has been around for a while and planet bob has been lead more or less by the same alliances for most of its existence with little change to speak of. That being said there are more and more weaker nations being subjected to follow then ever have the opportunity to lead. Tacos has been formed to show that the lower standing nations can still rise up and become the best.

As such we, the members of Tacos, believe its our duty to become one of the best alliances and make a true difference in the game and on the world of Bob.


Article 1: Admission


Any and all nations that wish to join Tacos will be allowed to do so as long as they have no current alliance at the time of admission or on any ZI lists.

Article 1 Section 2
If a nation is part of an alliance at the time they wish to join the alliance of Tacos. Then they shall provide proof of resignation before attempting to join Tacos.


Article 2: Structure



The King/Emperor
The King is the Sovereign of the alliance. As such, the King has the sole power over the affairs of the alliance, although such powers can be delegated to others. The King is the final authority on all internal and external matters. The King can create any office and appoint any member to that office at his sole discretion. The King serves for life or until resignation. The King will designate a replacement if the King resigns or dies.

Grand Marshal
The Grand Marshal is the second in command of the overall alliance and has as much power as the King when the King is not present. He/she is in-charge of the military and in case of war in charge of the war effort. If the King ever is replaced the Grand Marshal has the right to the thrown of the alliance.

Supreme Justice
The Supreme Justice, or sometimes as the Taco's Supreme, decides if an act is not covered by laws in place by the alliance or if the intent of any situation was not for the good of the alliance but by the good of the persons interest and then establish the punishment and after the punishment is decided then the military will enforce the decision.

High Command
High Command consist of Every member of Government. It goes from the Economics to affairs. High command takes on the Challenges that the king thinks that that member of the alliance can handle. This can range from tasks that take to much time, to tasks that are to tedious, to tasks that are to difficult. For what ever the reason that member is considered a member of High Command.

The Army
The Army of Tacos consist of every member of the alliance and is lead by the Grand Marshal or the King. Every nation must be ready to go to war for the alliance and show there valor if it is called for by any military leader of the alliance.

The Body of the Republic
All nations also consist of the Republic. Every nation can help the diplomatic processes of the alliance if they wish but are not required.


Article 3: Amendments
Any nation can recommend an Amendment to the Charter and it will be discussed by the alliance as a whole. Amendments can only be added at the end of each month and are not put into effect until then unless specified. They are first put to a vote and then selected to pass by the Supreme court.

Article 3 section 2: Reconciliation
To alter an already standing amendment, the said changes must pass with the Supreme Justice's consent.

Amendment’s

Amendment I: Freedom of limited speech.
All members are free to speak their opinion to an extent
Amendment II: Freedom of Debate.
All members are free to debate and defend their opinion
Amendment III: Freedom to Defense of ones own nation.
If attacked, one may defend its nation but must inform the alliance asap

Article 4: Declaration of War
Deceleration of war must be done one way. If it is the entire alliance declaring war, then a formal Declaration written by one member of High Command must be posted, outlining reasons behind the declaration. Tech Raids are not included and are ok if the military leadership agree on the target.

Article 4 section 2: Approval of war
In order for Total war to be achieved, the Grand Marshal and King must unanimously agree on the declaration, and each must sign it as such.

Article 4 section 2.5: Warheads
Nuclear warheads are only authorized during total war or by High Command. Any nation can own them if they wish and can use them as retaliation to a nuke successfully lunched on them without authorization

Article 4 section 3: Public awareness of war
If war is declared, the declaration must be made public on the Cybernation forums before action can be taken.
